【摘要】:Thisdocumentaddressestheutilizationoftelecommandpacketsandtelemetrysourcepacketsforthepurposesofremotemonitoringandcontrolofsubsystemsandpayloads.Thisdocumentdoesnotaddressmission-specificpayloaddatapackets,buttherulescontainedhereincanbeextendedtosuittherequirementsofanymission.Thisdocumentdoesnotaddressaudioandvideodataastheyarenotcontainedwithineithertelecommandortelemetrysourcepackets.Thisdocumentisstructuredasfollows.Firstlyasetofoperationalconceptsisidentified,coveringallthefundamentalrequirementsforspacecraftmonitoringandcontrolduringsatelliteintegration,testingandflightoperations.Asetofservicesthatsatisfytheseoperationalconceptsisthendefined.Thedetailedspecificationoftheseservicesincludesthestructureandcontentsoftheassociatedservicerequests(telecommandpackets)andservicereports(telemetrysourcepackets).Thisdocumentisapplicabletoanymission,nomatterwhatitsdomainofapplication,orbitorgroundstationcoveragecharacteristics.However,itisnottheintentionthatthePUSisapplicabletoagivenmissioninitsentirety.Theoperationalconceptsandcorrespondingservicescontainedinthisdocumentcoverawidespectrumofoperationalscenariosand,foragivenmission,onlyasubsetoftheseoperationalconceptsandservicesisappropriate.ChoicesaremadeearlyinthedesignphaseofanewmissionresultingintheneedtotailorthePUStosuittherequirementsoftheparticularmission.Thesechoicesinclude:a)Theon-boardsystemdesignandarchitecture,intermsofthenumberofon-boardapplicationprocesses,theiron-boardimplementation(e.g.theallocationtoon-boardprocessors)andtheirroles(i.e.whichfunctionsorsubsystemsorpayloadstheysupport).b)WhichPUSservicesaresupportedbyeachapplicationprocess.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsorspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluatedandmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements(ECSS-M-00-02A,clause3(Reference[11])).Eachmissionshoulddocumenttheresultsofthisdesignandselectionprocessinaspace-groundinterfacecontroldocument(SGICD).Somemissionsimplementacentralizedarchitecturewithasmallnumberofapplicationprocesses,whilstothershaveahighly-distributedarchitecturewithinwhichacorrespondinglylargernumberofapplicationprocessesaredistributedacrossseveralon-boardprocessors.Thespecificationofservicesinthisdocumentisadaptedtotheexpectationthatdifferentmissionsrequire,differentlevelsofcomplexityandfunctionalityfromagivenservice.Tothisend,allservicesareoptionalandagivenservicecanbeimplementedatoneofseveraldistinctlevels,correspondingtotheinclusionofoneormorecapabilitysets.Theminimumcapabilitysetcorrespondstothesimplestpossiblelevel,whichalsoremainssensibleandcoherent.Atleastthissetisincludedineveryimplementationofagivenservice.ThePUSshouldbeviewedasa"Menu"fromwhichtheapplicableservicesandservice-levelsareselectedforagivenmission.Thisselectionprocessisrepeatedforeachon-boardapplicationprocess,sinceeachapplicationprocessisdesignedtoprovideaspecificsetoftailoredservices.
