【摘要】:TheproceduresspecifiedinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandardoperateasextensionstothosedefinedinITU-TRec.X.224|ISO/IEC8073andITU-TRec.X.234|ISO/IEC8602anddonotprecludeunprotectedcommunicationbetweentransportentitiesimplementingITU-TRec.X.224|ISO/IEC8073orITU-TRec.X.234|ISO8602.TheprotectionachievedbythesecurityprotocoldefinedinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddependsontheproperoperationofsecuritymanagementincludingkeymanagement.However,thisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddoesnotspecifythemanagementfunctionsandprotocolsneededtosupportthissecurityprotocol.Thisprotocolcansupportalltheintegrity,confidentiality,authenticationandaccesscontrolservicesidentifiedinCCITTRec.X.800|ISO7498-2asrelevanttothetransportlayer.Theprotocolsupportstheseservicesthroughuseofcryptographicmechanisms,securitylabellingandattributes,suchaskeysandauthenticatedidentities,pre-establishedbysecuritymanagementorestablishedthroughtheuseoftheSecurityAssociation-Protocol(SA-P).Protectioncanbeprovidedonlywithinthecontextofasecuritypolicy.Thisprotocolsupportspeer-entityauthenticationatthetimeofconnectionestablishment.Inaddition,rekeyingissupportedwithintheprotocolthroughtheuseofSA-Porthroughmeansoutsidetheprotocol.Securityassociationscanonlybeestablishedwithinthecontextofasecuritypolicy.Itisamatterfortheuserstoestablishtheirownsecuritypolicy,whichmaybeconstrainedbytheproceduresspecifiedinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandard.ThefollowingitemscouldbeincludedinaSecurityPolicy:a)themethodofSAestablishment/release,thelifetimeofSA;b)Authentication/AccessControlmechanisms;c)Labelmechanism;d)theprocedureofthereceivinganinvalidTPDUduringSAestablishmentprocedureortransmissionofprotectedPDU;e)thelifetimeofKey;f)theintervaloftherekeyprocedureinordertoupdatekeyandsecuritycontrolinformation(SCI)exchangeprocedure;g)thetimeoutofSCIexchangeandrekeyprocedure;h)thenumberofretriesofsciexchangeandrekeyprocedure.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddefinesaprotocolwhichmaybeusedforSecurityAssociationestablishment.EntitieswishingtoestablishanSAmustsharecommonmechanismsforauthenticationandkeydistribution.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiesonealgorithmforauthenticationandkeydistributionwhichisbasedonpublickeycryptosystems.Theimplementationofthisalgorithmisnotmandatory;however,whenanalternativemechanismisused,itshallsatisfythefollowingconditions:a)AllSAattributesdefinedin5.2arederived.b)Derivedkeysareauthenticated.
