【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardsetsoutthebasicmethodsforsamplingcopper,leadandzincconcentratesfrommovingstreamsandstationarylots,includingstopped-beltsampling,toprovidesamplesforchemicalanalysis,physicaltestinganddeterminationofmoisturecontentinaccordancewiththerelevantInternationalStandards.Wheretheconcentratesaresusceptibletosignificantoxidationordecomposition,itisnecessarytouseacommonsampleformoisturedeterminationandchemicalanalysistoeliminatebias(seeISO10251).Insuchcases,thecommonsampleneedstobesufficientlyrepresentative,i.e.unbiasedandsufficientlyprecise,forchemicalanalysisanddeterminationofmoisturecontent.Anylargeagglomerates(>10mm)presentintheprimarysamplearecrushedpriortofurthersampleprocessing.SamplingofconcentratesinslurryformisspecificallyexcludedfromthisInternationalStandard.Stopped-beltsamplingisthereferencemethodforcollectingconcentratesamplesagainstwhichmechanicalandmanualsamplingproceduresmaybecompared.Samplingfrommovingstreamsisthepreferredmethod.Bothfalling-streamandcross-beltsamplersaredescribed.Samplingfromstationarylotsisusedonlywheresamplingfrommovingstreamsisnotpossible.TheproceduresdescribedinthisInternationalStandardforsamplingfromstationarylotsonlyminimizesomeofthesystematicsamplingerrors.
